Baseball Recap: Memorial Comes Up Short

Memorial fell victim to Bishop Kelley and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Comets, falling 20-0. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Comets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Bishop Kelley, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memorial will head out to face off against Barnsdall at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop Kelley, they will venture away from home to challenge Nathan Hale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
