Recap: Tallulah Falls Indians vs. Rabun County Wildcats
The Tallulah Falls Indians pushed their score all the way to 57 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 72-57 bruising from Rabun County. Tallulah Falls has not had much luck with Rabun County recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Rabun County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cooper Welch out in front who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 15 rebounds. Welch is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last four games he's played. Reed Burrell was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six assists.
Tallulah Falls' loss dropped their record down to 6-19. As for Rabun County, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-13.
Tallulah Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rabun County also has no future games currently scheduled.
