Benet Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Oswego East Wolves on Tuesday. The Redwings are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.

Their offense was headlined by Matthew Swiatkowski and Jacob Olejnik, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Reed Hefley and his 13 assists. He was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Benet Academy's win bumped their record up to 28-6. As for Oswego East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-18 record this season.

Benet Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Oswego on the 29th. Oswego East does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
