Soccer Recap: Klein Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Klein, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Magnolia West Mustangs by a score of 3-1 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-2 back in January.

Samantha Stephens and Victoria Delatorre scored all three of Klein's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Klein's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Magnolia West, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Coincidentally, Klein and Magnolia West will both be playing Klein Oak the next time they take the pitch. Magnolia West will host Klein Oak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Klein will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on March 7th.
