East Wake moved up to 256 from 294 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 4A Greater Neuse River. A 41-14 win over the Warriors helped the Warriors improve their standing.

Garner Magnet extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating East Wake, 41-14. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.

Garner Magnet's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Trojans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Vincent Jefferies has thrown for 724 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Armani Lanier has 22 catches for 454 yards. Raevon Smith leads the league in rushing with 603 yards.

A big matchup in 4A Greater Neuse River this week will be when Clayton takes on Southeast Raleigh. The Comets are currently in fourth, while the Bulldogs are in third.

Knightdale led the league in scoring this week after putting up 63 points on Smithfield-Selma.
