Memorial and Springfield are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Red Devils will face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Tuesday, Memorial got the win against Waterloo by a conclusive 54-31. The victory continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Springfield against Jackson-Milton on Tuesday as the team secured a 58-31 win.

Springfield's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 9-7.

Memorial was able to grind out a solid victory over Springfield in their previous matchup back in January, winning 51-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
