Softball Recap: North Side Steers vs. Everman Bulldogs
In what's become a running theme this season, North Side gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Everman Bulldogs as the North Side Steers made off with a 13-3 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for North Side.
Amira Segovia was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-3. Mia Rodriguez was another key contributor, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, a triple, and a run.
North Side pushed their record up to 4-2 with that victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Everman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
North Side will be playing in front of their home fans against South Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Everman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
