Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Conner Rikard stepped things up a notch to give West Morgan the 'W'. Rikard turned in nothing short of a gem, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. He has become a key player for West Morgan: the team is 6-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 8-9 otherwise.
