It was a good run, but Gahr unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They and the Valley Christian Defenders finished up their game with a 2-2 draw.

Isabelle Gonzalez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits and racked up eight Ks.

Gahr's tie gives them a new season record of 10-10-3. As for Valley Christian, they moved theirs to 12-3-1.

Looking ahead, Gahr will be playing at home against La Serna at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lancers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Gladiators' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Valley Christian, they will challenge California at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
