Highland's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Golden Valley Grizzlies. Surprisingly, this marked the Bulldogs' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Highland was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-17, 16-25, 25-21.

Highland pushed their record up to 2-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Golden Valley, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, Highland and Golden Valley will both be playing California City the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Ravens at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Grizzlies will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
