Glenbard East posted their closest victory since April 29th on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Glenbard North Panthers 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Glenbard East got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 23-25, 26-24.

Glenbard East's victory bumped their record up to 18-14. As for Glenbard North, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 13-17.

Looking ahead, Glenbard East will head out on the road to square off against Fenton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Glenbard North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
