Basketball Recap: Gateway Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Gateway can now relate to. They fell 48-39 to the Moon Area Tigers on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Gators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while the Tigers are ranked 44th).

Gateway's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Moon Area, their win bumped their record up to 15-5.

As of now, neither Gateway nor Moon Area have any future games scheduled.
