Volleyball Recap: Prairie Heights Panthers vs. Fort Wayne South Side Archers

Prairie Heights posted their closest win since September 28, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Fort Wayne South Side Archers 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

In the two sets Prairie Heights was on fire: they won each by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 22-25, 15-3.

Avery Certain paced Prairie Heights' offense, picking up seven kills. Certain got some help from Bailey DeLancey and her 15 assists. Natalie Booth controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Prairie Heights' victory bumped their record up to 5-17. As for Fort Wayne South Side, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-17.

Prairie Heights wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Maconaquah on the 4th. As for Fort Wayne South Side, they will welcome Fort Wayne Bishop Luers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
