Softball Recap: Sheldon Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Sheldon's offense. They came up short against the North Medford Black Tornado on Friday, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Tornado this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 on Tuesday.

This is the second loss in a row for Sheldon and nudges their season record down to 6-7. As for North Medford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Black Tornado beat Sheldon by a score of 16-0 later that day.
