Recap: North Harrison Shamrocks vs. Braymer Bobcats
The North Harrison Shamrocks lost against the Braymer Bobcats back in November of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. North Harrison was the victim of a rough 68-46 defeat at the hands of Braymer. North Harrison has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
North Harrison's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keygun Johnson, who scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds. Johnson scored a full 30.4% of North Harrison's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jerry Gilpatrick, who scored 16 points along with 5 rebounds.
Dakota Brandon was a one-man wrecking crew for Braymer as he dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds. Carter Shoe was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
North Harrison's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Braymer, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
North Harrison is on the road again on Wednesday and play against Winston at 8:15 p.m. on November 29th. As for Braymer, they will take on Polo at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday.
