Softball Recap: Aransas Pass Takes a Loss

Aransas Pass lost against Banquete back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Aransas Pass Panthers took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Banquete Bulldogs. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madyson Davila made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases. Davila is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's stolen at least one every time she's taken the field this season.

Aransas Pass' loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Banquete, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Aransas Pass has already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Karnes City on the 15th. As for Banquete, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-0 loss against Three Rivers on the 15th.
