The West Rowan Falcons just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Lake Norman Charter Knights at 7:30 p.m. West Rowan has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

West Rowan is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They secured an 83-77 W over Northwest Cabarrus on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 458th, while the Trojans are ranked 186th).

Meanwhile, Lake Norman Charter came up short against Central Cabarrus on Tuesday and fell 79-69. The Knights have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Lake Norman Charter's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for West Rowan, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-13 record.

West Rowan came up short against Lake Norman Charter in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 63-58. Can West Rowan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
