Softball Recap: Lee Vining Comes Up Short

Lee Vining lost against Trona back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Tornadoes, falling 13-2. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lee Vining's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Trona, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lee Vining is set to take on their familiar foe Immanuel Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Trona will face off against rival Mojave at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
