Preview: Lake Park-Audubon Raiders vs. Fosston Greyhounds
The Lake Park-Audubon Raiders will be playing at home against the Fosston Greyhounds at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Park-Audubon is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
Lake Park-Audubon suffered their biggest loss since December 12, 2023 on Thursday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 66-30 to Ada-Borup, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 74-37, which was the final score in Fosston's tilt against Fertile-Beltrami on Friday. While losing is never fun, Fosston can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 325th, while Fertile-Beltrami is ranked 131st).
Lake Park-Audubon bumped their record down to 5-14 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Fosston, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.
