If South Adams wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Heritage, they should've done a better job of containing Landon Lybarger. The Heritage Patriots breezed by the South Adams Starfires to the tune of 66-29 on Friday thanks in part to Lybarger, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 21 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.7 points per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Lantae Cassel, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in boards.

South Adams lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Tytus Lehman, who posted eight points. Derek McKean was another key player, putting up eight points.

Heritage's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for South Adams, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.
