Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Platte/Geddes). They rang in the new year with a 58-51 victory over the Milbank Bulldogs on Saturday.

Platte/Geddes now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Milbank, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Platte/Geddes will be playing at home against Lennox at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lennox will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Platte/Geddes surely won't give up without a fight. As for Milbank, they will take on Britton-Hecla at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
