Basketball Recap: B O L D Piles Up the Points Against Madelia

B O L D had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Madelia Blackhawks, posting a 76-49 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won four games in a row.

Jack Gross continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 10-for-13 on his way to 24 points in addition to seven assists and seven rebounds. His big performance that evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Baumgartner, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 11 boards.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: B O L D was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

B O L D's record is now 20-10. As for Madelia, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 26-6 record.
