Baseball Recap: ITW David Speer Academy Beats Bulls College Prep for Their Third Straight Victory

ITW David Speer Academy entered their tilt with Bulls College Prep on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Bulls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 on Saturday.

Another player making a difference was Jonathan Pena, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.

ITW David Speer Academy pushed their record up to 6-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Bulls College Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7-1.
