Soccer Recap: Summit Takes a Loss

Summit was the 4-0 winner over Rangeview when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers lost 4-1 to the Raiders on Saturday. Summit have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Nelson Vazquez Rojas, which was the first he's scored this season.

Summit's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Summit wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Wheat Ridge on the 26th. As for Rangeview, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 victory against Douglas County on the 28th.
