Southern Lehigh won the last time they faced Northwestern Lehigh and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spartans walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Southern Lehigh had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 0-25, 25-9, 25-21, 25-17.

Southern Lehigh's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Northwestern Lehigh, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
