Tampa Catholic waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They enjoyed a cozy 76-62 victory over the Jesuit Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 79-58 back in January.

Tampa Catholic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was K.J. Morgan, who went 8 of 9 on his way to 19 points and seven boards. Morgan continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Campbell-Finch, who went 7 for 12 en route to 17 points along with eight assists and six rebounds.

Jesuit's loss came despite strong showings from Tyler Caouette and Carter Reins. Caouette dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten boards, while Reins went 10 of 11 on his way to 22 points. Those 22 points gave Reins a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Flach, who posted 11 points.

Tampa Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.6 points per game. As for Jesuit, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 18-7.

Tampa Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 77-66 victory against Davenport on the 1st. Jesuit does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
