Chester County waltzed into their match on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Lawson Lightning 7-1. Considering the Eagles have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Jaden Weaver spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Braylin Robinson, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Jayce Goff was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Chester County pushed their record up to 22-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Lawson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-12.

As of now, neither Chester County nor the Lightning have any future games scheduled.
