Softball Game Preview: Beulah Bobcats vs. Glenwood Gators

The Beulah Bobcats will face off against the Glenwood Gators at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Beulah will be strutting in after a victory while Glenwood will be coming in after a loss.

On Monday, Beulah earned a 6-3 win over Valley. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Madison Tapley, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in home runs (two). Another player making a difference was Kyleigh Morgan, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Glenwood lost 9-3 to Smiths Station on Monday.

Glenwood saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clara Crisco, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Glenwood has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. The win got Beulah back to even at 8-8.
