After a string of five wins, Neodesha's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Humboldt Cubs by a score of 2-1. The Blue Streaks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cubs earlier this season, when they won 2-0.
Neodesha started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-20, 25-14.
