St. Henry is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of St. Ursula Academy. The Crusaders fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Crusaders' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Despite the defeat, St. Henry saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kenadi Sieg had 14 digs and three assists. Audrey Pieczonka also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

St. Henry's loss dropped their record down to 13-3. As for St. Ursula Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
