Volleyball Recap: Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Comes Up Short

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles. If the Dragons were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Orioles when the teams met back in October of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Florida School for the Deaf & Blind's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-5.

Coming up, Florida School for the Deaf & Blind will square off against Warner Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Model Secondary School for the Deaf on the 4th.
