Basketball Recap: Welsh Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hathaway last Thursday, Welsh came back down to earth. The Welsh Greyhounds fell to the Kinder Yellowjackets 59-54. The Greyhounds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

Welsh's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Kinder, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Welsh wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 87-68 loss against Jennings on the 6th. As for Kinder, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-50 defeat against Mamou on the 6th.
