Basketball Recap: Tushka Comes Up Short

Tushka entered their match against Caddo on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Tushka Tigers took a blow against the Caddo Bruins, falling 66-34. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Bruins are ranked 31st).

Tushka's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-5. As for Caddo, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tushka will square off against Buffalo Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Caddo, they will welcome Wright City at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
