Volleyball Recap: Caledonia's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Caledonia had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Petoskey Northmen by a score of 2-0.

Aubrey Reynolds paced Caledonia's offense, picking up 13 kills. Reynolds got some help from Reese Stafford and her 28 assists. Stafford also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kyla Charles, racking up two apiece.

Caledonia's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Petoskey, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7-1 record this season.

Caledonia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against East Grand Rapids on the 20th. Petoskey has also already played their next contest (against Lakewood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
