Baseball Recap: Arleta Comes Up Short

Arleta and Sherman Oaks CES squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Arleta had to settle for second. They took an 11-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

Arleta has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Sherman Oaks CES, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Arleta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sherman Oaks CES, they have already played their next game, an 11-7 win against King/Drew on the 15th.
