Baseball Recap: Absegami Triumphs

While Absegami's win against Atlantic County Institute of Tech wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Braves skirted past Atlantic County Institute of Tech 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-1 on Tuesday.

The victory made it two in a row for Absegami and bumps their season record up to 10-6. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-16.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Absegami will venture away from home to challenge Williamstown at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Atlantic County Institute of Tech, they will take on Vineland at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
