Softball Game Preview: Wilson Wildcats vs. Rowland Raiders

Wilson is 1-9 against Rowland since March of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Raiders at 3:30 p.m. Wilson has given up an average of 7.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wilson fell victim to Charter Oak and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Chargers, falling 21-0. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Meanwhile, Rowland beat West Covina 22-19 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raiders.

Wilson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Rowland, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.

Wilson might still be hurting after the 18-2 loss they got from Rowland when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
