Baseball Game Preview: Kelly Trojans vs. Agricultural Science Cyclones

For the second straight game, Kelly will face off against Agricultural Science. The Trojans will take on the Cyclones at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Kelly has won three straight at home, while Agricultural Science won seven straight on the road), something that'll have to change.

Kelly lost 17-1 to Agricultural Science on Tuesday. The contest marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

For Agricultural Science's part, they got a massive performance out of Aiden Kessenich, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Kessenich has been hot recently, having posted three or more stolen bases the last four times he's played. Jarius Simmons -Watson was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

Agricultural Science always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .833. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kelly only posted an OBP of .200.
