Preview: Early County Bobcats vs. Chattahoochee County Panthers
The Early County Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Chattahoochee County Panthers at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Early County will be strutting in after a victory while Chattahoochee County will be coming in after a loss.
Early County has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 39 points or more this season. They blew past Miller County, posting a 69-30 victory on the road.
Among those leading the charge was Nathaniel Tinson, who scored 16 points along with six steals. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Javarrien Jones, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Chattahoochee County's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 47-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Manchester.
The victory got Early County back to even at 4-4. As for Chattahoochee County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Everything came up roses for Early County against Chattahoochee County in their previous matchup back in December of 2016 as the squad secured a 79-40 victory. Will Early County repeat their success, or does Chattahoochee County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
