Basketball Recap: Pettus Takes a Loss

Pettus lost against Yorktown back in January of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pettus Eagles took a 44-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yorktown Wildcats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pettus' record is now 4-16. As for Yorktown, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-8 record.

Pettus will head out to take on Port Aransas at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Aransas has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 222 points over their last three games. As for Yorktown, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Woodsboro at 7:30 p.m.
