After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Santa Teresa, San Jose was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

San Jose's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Mt. Pleasant, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. San Jose will face off against rival Live Oak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mt. Pleasant is set to square off against their familiar foe Del Mar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
