King Academy extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Joseph Morse. The Knights claimed a resounding 36-0 win over the Wardlaw Academy Patriots for which the team can thank Morse, who rushed for 268 yards and three scores while picking up 14.9 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making one tackle.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to King Academy's defense and their three sacks. In that department, Dallas Hill was the leader with two.

King Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Wardlaw Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. King Academy will head out to square off against Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wardlaw Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Laurens Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Crusaders have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.
