Volleyball Recap: Clarke Central Comes Up Short

Clarke Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Habersham Central Raiders. The Gladiators were not able to make up for their loss to the Raiders from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-11.

Clarke Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Habersham Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Clarke Central and Habersham Central will both be playing Apalachee the next time they take the court. The Gladiators will head out to face the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
