Baseball Recap: Parkview Takes a Loss

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 9-1 to the Bolivar Liberators. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 8-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Parkview saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Tessaro, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. Mason Seiler also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Bolivar, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-6.

Coming up, Parkview will face off against East Newton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bolivar, they will head out to face off against Aurora at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
