Football Recap: Arlington Drops Highest Score of Season Against Aquinas

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arlington). They strolled past the Aquinas Monarchs with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 33-14. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

Oliver Ladehoff continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 166 yards and four TDs while picking up 9.8 yards per carry.

Arlington's run defense was locked in: Aquinas could only muster 2.6 yards per carry. While seven picked up at least four total tackles, Ladehoff stood above the rest. He rushed for 166 yards and four scores while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. Arlington didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.5.

Although Aquinas took the loss, they still got scores from Landon Pohl and Dillon Bohuslavsky.

Arlington now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Aquinas, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
