James Logan has gone a perfect 10-0 against Irvington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. James Logan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Giovanni Pena was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

James Logan's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Irvington, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Everything went James Logan's way against Irvington when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as James Logan made off with a 9-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
