Baseball Recap: Westminster Comes Up Short

Westminster suffered their closest defeat since March 14th on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Century Knights by a score of 9-7. The Owls were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Knights earlier this season, when they won 4-1.

Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 8-4-1. As for Century, their record is now 7-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Westminster is set to take on their familiar foe Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Century will square off against rival South Carroll at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
