Basketball Game Preview: Roosevelt vs. West 50th Street Seahawks

Roosevelt are taking a road trip to face off against the West 50th Street Seahawks at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

Last Tuesday, Roosevelt had to suffer through a 96-25 loss at the hands of Bergtraum. The matchup marked Roosevelt's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, West 50th Street escaped with a win on Saturday against Washington by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Seahawks.

West 50th Street's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Roosevelt, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Roosevelt skirted past West 50th Street 41-38 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roosevelt since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
