Baseball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Morristown Colonials. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Rams have suffered since May 20, 2024.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Morristown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Randolph and Morristown will both be playing Roxbury the next time they take the field. The Colonials will host the Gaels on Saturday, while the Rams will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
