Football Recap: Lakeside Drops Season-High Score on Bradwell Institute + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeside). They took down the Bradwell Institute Tigers 38-21 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their six-point performance the matchup before.

Lakeside got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was John Allen Williamson out in front who threw for 268 yards and one touchdown while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 47 yards and one TD. That's the most passing yards Williamson has posted since back in August. Tristan Jones was another key rusher, rushing for 72 yards and a pair of scores.

Lakeside's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Bradwell Institute, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Lakeside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bradwell Institute, they will be playing at home against Evans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Knights' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.67 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
